Well posting late, its 1:10 on the east coast, and I just finished watching the Laker game. I am off tomorrow so I stayed up to watch the game. Go Lakers!
I did Yoga X this morning before work. Long workout. I am finding that Yoga is great for my back, even though I feel like my form is atrocious. Only way I will get better at it is to continue practicing I guess. Will work out in the morning when I get up. Hoping for a good weigh in this week at weight watchers. Be back after my workout in the morning. Night all.
