Well this morning I bought what is likely my 10th pedometer. Walking is something I have always enjoyed, be it hiking in the woods or just walking to get to where I need to go. I like to keep track of my steps and shoot for 10000 a day.
I bought a 25 dollar pedometer with a watch, stopwatch, pace, calorie counter etc. I spent 90 min frigging with it, and the BEST i could get it to perform was to count FOUR steps for each one I actually took. I took it back and got a 10 dollar cheappy that only counts steps and it works like a charm. I will be keeping a running tally for my steps and shoot for the 10k a day like I said.
I also picked up a wii game Golds Gym Cardio Fitness. It is essentially a Cardio boxing game, and I played it for about 25 min. It seems good so far, and once I play some more I will give a proper review.
