Well, vacation was not good for my momentum. Too much sitting on my ass, and haphazard eating. I didn’t put on much (if any) weight, but I didn’t lose much either. I have a couple challenges with friends that I am not progressing on as I should and I need to get down to business right now if I am going to succeed.
I have started biking the 4 km each way to work, and that will help, but I need to get to the gym consistently as well. I have so many conflicting goals, I guess I got to figure out what I really want, what is really the BEST goals for me, and chase them with no excuses and with such dedication that nothing will stop me.
Got to get moving to work.
