This will be just a quick little post before i head out to play some darts with my buddy. This morning when I get up I weighed a 3 year low of 210.9 lbs (in boxer shorts). This will not be what I weigh on the scale at weight watchers I am sure dressed of course but I am stoked! I have not seen 210 in 3 years.
I walked 13 km today, cut into walking to work and home 5 km each way, walking on my breaks, and a short walk before I walked to work! I have not done Power 90 yet today, as this am my glutes, hamstrings etc were too sore. I had planned on taking Sat or Sun off anyway so if i don’t get it in today, all good, will just do it both days this weekend.
Been a fantastic week, and the best part its REPEATABLE. I did not do something so outlandish that I can’t maintain or repeat it. 40-50 min workout once a day, walk to work which i have been doing anyway and eating right. This is something I CAN DO. I don’t expect such a big loss in weight each week, but it is something in terms of effort I can repeat. I am physched!
Anyway pics, possibly some comparison measurements, and ww weigh in results will be in the morning. I am hoping to weigh somewhere around 214 on the ww scale tomorrow , but either way, I honestly don’t care! Best Week I have put together in years!
