Another just so so day.
I did exercise, and I did eat clean and on plan. No cheats. However the last two days have just been ho hum. Not really progress producing days. I had hoped to knock the exercise and the eating out of the park this week. Have my best week yet as far as effort and results. Instead, well, I have …..been on vacation. Not “cheating” not “slugging around” (ie still doing my exercise). Just haven’t been the week I planned.
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be cold and a mix of snow and rain. In other words….spring. My daughters were ready for summer last weekend, when we had the freak temperatures. Now its back to normal for my neck of the words. I am hoping to get a walk in tomorrow in between the rain drops (or in em, if need be) .
