Well, a lazy day today so far, up early and just farted around on the computer setting up my daughters new MP3 player for her. After this I went and grabbed a bite to eat with my buddy and then went to the local future shop to look at some toys that I would love to get, while my buddy was looking at a new tv for his new house he’s building.
A couple of my buddies have xbox 360′s, and these have been grabbing my interest for a long time. I like the multimedia, home networking aspect of the xbox. I am a photography nut, and I love the idea of being able to share pics, as well as music etc. I will wait for a bit, as getting the boss to allow me to buy one may took some doing.
On the networking front I set up the laptop and the desktop to be able to share files and printer etc this weekend. I am also looking to get a new external hard drive and move all my files to one central spot.
On my way to see my buddy who is the star of a local theatre production. Getting a night out without the kids for supper and the play so it is a welcome switch from sitting on my butt as I have been doing the last couple weeks with my back. I am all out of medication so hopefully I can get thru it as I am pretty sore today. All for now I will be back.
