Haven’t played much cards this weekend, although I did get in a 3-3 session of heads up live vs my buddy Donnie on Friday night. We alternate NLHE and Omaha hi, 10 bucks a game, and the first to ten wins gets an additional 20. It’s alot of fun, and we don’t play nearly as much as we used to.
The momentum swung back and forth, with no real crazy hands to speak of. I managed to get quads twice over the night in Omaha, and I also made one rediculous tight call (and not reraise ) with a boat. All in all a fun session, a few beer, and a few laughs.
Online, haven’t been playing as much last few days, and my momentum in the cash games has slowed. I am thinking I’m going to play some SNG’s for a while for a change. The cash games are sooooo swingy, and I have a hard time concentrating in the limit games less than 2-4. Stupid I know but its just the way it is.
Looking forward to continuing in the Blogger tourney’s on FullTilt. I am (mostly, lol) over being eliminated from all three tourney’s last week by river cards and I am looking forward to playing some strong poker and trying to win my way to the free roll for a shot at the 18,000 package.
