So today was my third day on weight watchers and I finally hit my points. I weighed myself this morning and I couldn’t believe how far I was down already. Its most definitely got to be water weight but I will take it. I will not focus on the scale instead will focus on eating the correct portion sizes, good clean foods, and getting in my daily exercise.
In the exercise department I went for two walks today. I didn’t do anything else because I am still affected by these stupid migraines/headaches. 13/15 days ! Unreal. I didn’t go to work today because I slept like 2 hours last night even after having taken painkillers and muscle relaxants prescribed to me by my doctor. Tonight it is a little better, but I really need to get back to work, and get back to “the real world”. Sitting around with these headaches, lying on the couch or in bed is getting old. I am going to see about getting referred to a neurologist.
