Tonight I went to the gym and did cardio and abs. It was a quick but efficient workout. I pushed myself on the treadmill and recumbant bike. I went to the local gnc and also picked up some glutamine and a portable mixer.
Tommorrow morning I have my last physio apointment before I go back to work on Monday. I am happy to finally be getting back to work and get into a regular schedule. So tired of sitting at home.
Once I am back to work though the one thing I am going to have to do is plan my meals better and probably have to do a big cook on Sunday’s to make a pile of meals for the week.
