Well here we go, another Monday. I am just on my way out the door to walk the 4 km to work. It’s starting to get pretty chilly in the mornings and its tricky to dress properly. You got to dress properly to be warm enough, but not so much that you sweat like crazy.
I stayed up late last night watching the last Yankee Stadium game and switching over to the Dallas vrs Greenbay game. I got up at 8:30 am had breakfast, did some of my physio exercises with the stretch rubber bands, read a little on the net, and now I got to get moving to work.
This week I will be attempting to get my daily food intake back into Fitday, (until last couple days I had been up to date on paper) and get into the gym 3 times for weights. Looking forward to have a solid progress week and getting my shit together.
