Just because I “disappeared” again, don’t think I have fallen off track! Just the opposite, I am rolling right now, having weighed in at just over 230 pounds. I will be under 230 in the next day or two and well on my way to 220, 210, 200, and beyond!
I am eating very well right now, but always with room for improvement. I am struggling with keeping everything documented, but I have written 3 or 4 posts on my Treo cell phone/palm that I just haven’t taken the time to post over here. I will transfer the posts and backdate them shortly.
I managed to lose my pedometer yet again on Sunday, so I will be doing my best to getting out tommorrow and purchasing yet another one. Getting my walking in is very important to me, and tracking my pedometer steps is a big motivator for me to reaching those goals.
Anyway just a short post, as I am getting up in 7 hours to get to the gym in the AM before work. I will be back tommorrow, I promise!
